The Doctor’s Note was created to give the knowledgeable and professional staff of Health and Pain Management of Florida the opportunity to publish literature regarding today’s medical practices and procedures in pain management and opioid dependence.
This Gulf Breeze, Florida based clinic relies on the expertise of Dr. Sanford Epstein. Dr. Epstein graduated from Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Epstein currently holds licenses to practice in seven different states and is certified in the administration of Suboxone.
Previously managing health care facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada and Pensacola, Florida, Mr. Travis Talley plays a major role in the foundation of Health and Pain Management of Florida. Mr. Talley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Appalachian State University with concentrations in Insurance and Banking.
