Medical assessments are made on an individual basis. A comprehensive
evaluation is conducted and includes a review of past surgical and
medical records, lab reports, x-ray reports, MRI reports, and other
pertinent information. The evaluation concludes with a diagnostic
assessment and treatment plan.The primary goals of treatment include:

3. Diminishing Dependency on Pain Medication
4. Decreasing Medical Complications of Pain
